We run IDC in a part time format, which allows a more relaxed schedule and plenty of time for people to work through the content instead of an intensive 1 week full time program.
Typical Part Time IDC Schedule:
- 6 online evenings

'Successful Dive Business' Workshop
Whether you want to teach as an independent PADI Instructor, or aspire to become a dive centre manager/owner, this workshop will give you a head start in creating your successful diving career/business.
During this workshop, you get the opportunity to draw on Ting's experience as the owner of TWO successful dive centres in Australia and Malaysia, as well her professional career in business development.
Learn how to cost and budget your business, the key elements you should be investing to drive your success, and how to promote you and your business.
IDC Instructor Team
You will receive training from our team of 2 Course Directors and 3 Staff Instructors, so you get a chance to see different styles and methods of teaching. We also tend to invite a guest speaker from PADI or subject matter experts from other organisations so our candidates get an industry perspective, while providing you an opportunity to start developing your professional network.
